How do I book a party?
CLICK HERE to reserve your party online. Alternately, you can speak with one of our event coordinator for help planning a party or make a large group reservation at (936)441-2222.
What does a party host do?
A party host is with you for the first 90 minutes of your event to ensure your party runs smoothly.
The host greets the guests as they enter, assists with drinks and food, assists with cutting the cake (if you have one), leads party games, and, if you choose to open gifts on-site, they can assist with that, too. When your guests are ready, they will also review instructions and rules for the Fairgrounds. They will be on hand during play time for any follow up questions as well.
Your party host will verify your guest list and tallies, so your final bill is accurate before cleaning up your party area.
How soon should I reserve my party?
Parties are fun at IPC, and the weekends tend to get reserved pretty quickly. We suggest you make reservations at least 2 weeks in advance.
What should I bring to decorate with?
Your space will be preset with a balloon bouquet and a party bag for the birthday child. Feel free to add your own theme-specific decorations for an added layer of festivity.
Are there any restrictions on the decorations we bring?
Our party rooms are designed to be festive and inviting every day and already include fun artwork that add to the nostalgic them of Incredible Pizza Co. Please be kind to our facility walls and tables by refraining from using tape, confetti, or silly string. We do not allow guests to attach anything to the walls. Click HERE for full party policies.
Do adults have to pay to join the party?
Yes. IPC considers kids and adults equal participants in the celebration fun! Any adult attending a party, that is not part of the guest list, is required to purchase their buffet and drink at $8.50 plus tax.
Is the number of guests limited?
The maximum number of guests at your party is determined by the space you select. Your party must have at least 10 guests. Your party coordinator will help you choose the right room for you. Don’t worry. We can seat 2,000 guests at any one time.
Can I purchase a cake with my party?
Yes, we offer quarter sheet cakes, chocolate or vanilla with buttercream or whipped icing ordered from a local bakery. Our cookie cakes are baked and decorated here at IPC.
You are also welcome to bring in your own cake. Please note cake, cookie cakes, and cupcakes are the only outside food we allow.
Do you have candles?
Yes, we have candles and will assist you when it’s time to light them.
Do you have invitations?
We have invitation templates that can be downloaded and printed Here or we offer free postcard invitations available for pick up at your convenience.
How much time will we spend in the party room
Most parties spend about 90 minutes in the party room. It’s up to you, and we will work with you to coordinate the time that works best for your gathering.
How does the unlimited buffet work?
Your party host will make sure there are two pizzas ready in your party room when the guests begin arriving. After serving this initial pizza, the guests are welcome to have additional items from the buffet. They are also welcome to enjoy the buffet throughout their time at IPC for the party.
When does the party move into the Fairgrounds? ?
Once you have finished your pizza, cake, and presents, the party host will complete your invoices and create your game cards. The host will explain how to use the game cards and what attractions can be used with them based on the party package you have chosen.
After the guests are escorted to the Fairgrounds, depending on their age, they will be allowed to play on their own. This is a time when parent chaperones may wish to be available to assist with game playing and managing game card time that you added onto their cards.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is 72-hours before your party time to refund your deposit.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. Birthday party reservations require a $75 deposit. We are unable to make a reservation without a deposit.
How many flavors of pizza do you offer?
It depends on the day, we usually have several options to choose from that are made hot and fresh by our incredible team.
Can you provide allergen information?
Sure! Take a minute to send us a note with the specific dish you’d like information about. We are happy to send you details. If you are looking for a gluten-free crust, we have that! Just ask one of our pizza captains.
Do you have a salad bar?
Yes! We keep it fresh and chilled. We think it pairs well with the soup of the day… but we could be biased; we make the soup!
How does the buffet work?
Get a plate and utensils from the stacks at the entrance, enjoy your unlimited buffet choices, and then go play! Leave your dishes on the table; we will pick them up so you can focus on fun. You read that right: drinks and food are unlimited during your visit. Have you tried everything yet?
Does the buffet drink include alcohol?
No. But, guests 21+ can purchase beer and wine at our front desk. Please play responsibly.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, $500 or 10% of your total, whichever is larger, is required to reserve your time and date.
Do you offer beer and wine?
Yes, beer and wine are available to add on to any event.
Can I request a special or private buffet?
The pizza techs at IPC are happy to provide special menu options where and when possible.
Do you offer meeting space?
Yes, and we offer complementary av equipment.

How do I book a corporate event?

Our max capacity is 2,000 people.
What does the host do at the party?
The host is going to cut and serve the cake, assist with thank you notes, do games with the kids and the entire cleanup.
When do I have to reserve my child’s birthday party?
It is always a good idea to reserve your party as soon as possible to ensure we have availability; ideally 3 to 4 weeks prior of desired date.
How many people can I invite to my child’s birthday party?
Each party room has an occupancy limit of 24 guests; if available, you can add additional rooms.
What is cost difference between a general dining party and a party in a private room?
There is no cost difference to have your party in a private room. No private host is provided for General Dining Parties.
Do you provide candles?
Yes we provide candles.
What are included in the party backpacks?
Some candy, bubbles, washable tattoo, coloring book and crayons and a Free Child’s Buffet for next visit. It’s not an adult buffet.
Do you provide a cake with the party packages?
We do not provide a cake. We do offer the option of adding on an ice cream cookie cake for $10.99, it serves 16 people and must be ordered at least 72 hours prior to party.
Do you provide invitations or thank you notes?
Yes you can pick up invitations at our store or print them off from your email.
How much time do we have in a private room?
he maximum allotted time is 90 minutes, which includes time to enjoy a meal together, eat cake and open presents; giving you ample time to enjoy your private celebration.
How does the buffet work?
The buffet and drinks are unlimited from the time you arrive until we close the buffet.
Is a party package the cheapest option?
If you are celebrating a birthday, a party package is the best option; party packages are discounted and your additional adults also receive a discount. Party packages also include additional amenities such as the Ticket Blaster, Spin the Wheel, Party Decorations, and so much more.

Is there an age or height limit for the arcade?
We have games and attractions for our guests 3-years and up. A few of our attractions, like the Go Karts, have height restrictions. Any special rules are clearly shown at the entrance, you can get more details here.
What is the difference between time play and cash game play?
The two biggest differences between the cards are that cash cards provide access to both BLUE and GREEN games and attractions and that users earn tickets. Time play cards give the cardholder access to GREEN games only and they do not accrue tickets.
Cash Card Play:
- Access all games and attractions.
- Add any dollar amount to the card at the front counter, at the kiosks in the Fairgrounds, or online.
- The user accrues tickets to redeem prizes.
- Games and attractions can be played simultaneously.
- Cards can be shared .
Time Card Play:
- Access GREEN games and attractions only (not valid on photo booth, prize, and some ticket dispensing games).
- The cardholder does not accrue tickets.
- Cards are for use by a single cardholder and are not able to be shared.
- One game can be played at a time.
Do you have an entrance policy?
